As item came with no information we are unsure of the use of item/type of metal. Unsure if this has a specific fitment for another item. Looks to me a multi-functional item. This item is in new condition but the seal on the original package or box has been previously opened for an unknown reason. The contents can be still in new sealed bags and cords untouched or can be in appears new condition, but bags have been opened and contents handled unwrapped.
