Condition notes:
Item shows signs of being previously assembled and tried out prior to being returned. There may be some minor scuffs/scratches on some of the item as a result from previous use/shipping. Item was tested and during our testing we found a slight issue with the changing in the resistance level (the resistance didn't seem to change at all). This issue might be able to be fixed. See attached photos.
