This mattress was shipped loose and has some dust and dirt stains present. the cover can be removed and washed. The memory foam may be a little warped from being rolled up for quite a while, it will need to be held down for a bit for it to lay flat. Although this item appears to be in new condition, we found that there is a cosmetic issue due to shipping/handling. This could be a (dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch, knick) Please refer to our photos for reference and our explanation above.
