This mattress was shipped loose. it has some dust stains from the shipping process. there is some hair debris present. the cover can come off and be washed. Please be aware that our bed is a twin size mattress and that the main image may look larger. *GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected/tested by our staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and it appears to be in excellent condition. However, this item appears to have been lightly tried once or a few times then returned to a major retailer. (See any photos attached)
