Item appears new and unused. Item tested and working. The plastic cover on the top hinge is missing, as well as there are some scuffs/scratches/small dents to areas of the housing of the unit as well as the rear bottom area and there is a crack on the inside bottom area as a result from shipping. See attached photos.
