although pillow is in sealed package there is a small tear at the bottom of the pillow bag (did not tear the pillow) that resulted in a small dirt streak on the item.
Although this item appears to be in new condition, we found that there is a cosmetic issue due to shipping/handling. This could be a (dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch, knick) Please refer to our photos for reference and our explanation above.
