Item appears new and unused. There may be some minor scuffs/scratches on parts of the item as a result from shipping/storage. Item is missing the red D-Ring clips. We are unable to test this item due to it's nature. Customer may need some additional hardware to install/mount item and to mount the one fog light. See attached photos.
