The item was brand new, but we opened the item to check because the box looked distressed, upon opening the box item appears new/unused, but the exhaust trims on the side are bit bent, the top fixture latch has a damaged corner and there is some lubricant present on the item from shipping/handling.
Although this item appears to be in new condition, we found that there is a cosmetic issue due to shipping/handling. This could be a (dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch, knick) Please refer to our photos for reference and our explanation above.
