Item shows signs of being previously used and tried out prior to being returned (there was/is some water/debris on the item). Item was tested & working, please note that there may be some dirt on the bottom from being inflated on our warehouse floor. During testing and inflating the item with air, we noticed the fill cap leaks a little air unless it is put on just right. See attached photos.
