Item arrived with clear signs of prior use. there is minor dirt and wear on the item and some of the hanging hooks arrived damaged but nothing overly significant and they can be hung by other means. Additionally this item arrived without the 2 spare bulbs but these can be replaced. tested for power and function. see photos.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
