There is some dirt and scuffing on the platform and some light dirt on the tires indicating some prior use or handling - see photos. Outside of being previously handled, the scooter appears to be in good condition with no visible damage or obvious function issues, though the air pressure in the tires seems somewhat low. Tested for basic power, charging, acceleration and braking.
