Please note we were unable to test the item for power due to the power switch not being present. None of the hardware is present for mounting, and it sounds like there is a loose piece inside the unit. There is a minor presence of scuffs/scratches, indicating prior use/installation. See photos.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
