their are some white scuff / dust marks, cuts on the material, blue decolorization stains, rips on the sides, black blemish stains, and some leftover hair, this seems to be due to previous sue, the backrest is able to be inserted however their is no hardware for this, it does not seem to require hardware to attach the backrest as we tested the couch and backrest ourselves and did not find any issue with the way it was installed, keep in mind that due to having no model or size information we were unable to get dimensions meaning we had to take our own measurements for the listing, keep in mind that due to this the measurements listed may not be exact or true to the dimensions of this item, but it is being used as an example for the listing. keep in mind that ours does not have the charging ports seen in the main photo and this is being used as an example. this item is a pullout couch only and does not have any phone charging features. see photos
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
