The metal frame at the bottom of the anchor is severely bent out of shape, though it may be restorable with the right tools. There are also numerous light scuffs on the metal near the bottom due to shipping, but otherwise the anchor shows no obvious signs of use - see photos. Additionally, please be aware that we are unable to test for function in our facility as we have no power source to attach the wiring to.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
