their are some scuffs blemishes and fraying on this item, this seems to be due to shipping and handling, we have found that the electric winch included with this item is not the same as the one listed and shown on retail sites, the outlet for the electric winch is damaged meaning we were unable to test, we recommend repairs / maintenance on the electric winch if it is to be used, however even if it is fixed we cannot confirm that its compatible with the crane as it is not the same electric winch that is listed for this item on retail sites, we have found no manual for this item meaning we are unable to confirm that the vital pieces for usage and assembly are present, however it does seem that the vital parts for assembly are present. a separate electric winch may need to be acquired separately in order to use this item. see photos below.

Item may also appear in new unused condition but the bags inside have been previously opened and/or contents such as cables have been handled unwrapped.
