please note the product was tested for basic power only. We also found that the bulb is broken and should not be powered on while in its current condition. however if you are knowledgeable about this type of issue this could potential be fixed, or you could reach out to the manufacturer yourself. this item is new with broken bulb. there is no signs of previous use. please see photos and conduct your own research.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
