Their are some small dents, scuffs / fraying and some scuffs on the wheels indicating this item has been used lightly used. the wheels on this file cabinet seem to have some issues with mobility, while this does not effect the all around usage of this item, it does effect the mobility aspect. the wheel issues seem to stem from prior light use. see photos
