Please note that the product appears to be new. The charging adapter is included, but the USA AC clip is missing. The product could not be tested, as we did not have an extra 19.5V output charger available for testing. Therefore, the product remains untested. Additionally, the charging adapter must be purchased separately. There may be some dust present from warehouse inspection. (Please see photos)
