coffee grinds and residue present from previous use. There may be some minor scuffs/scratches on the housing or parts of the item. Item tested and working. Item is missing the top plastic bean hopper lid and the water filter. There is a small plastic piece of the housing that's been broken.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
