Item tested for power, charging and basic functionality via the buttons on the robot vacuum. Unable to fully test the item due it's nature and because of the limitations of our network, we we're unable to connect to the app. There is dust/debris on/inside the robot vacuum and base as a result from previous use. There is some wear on the side brushes and main brush of the robot vacuum. There are some scuffs/scratches on the housing as well. Item marked with issue as it is missing the extended plastic piece at the base station but this doesn't affect the functionality of the item.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
