The item is probably missing the door handles as we are not sure if it is the exact part we are missing as the package came with no manual and also the parts are missing the specific parts sticker. The item also has some minor chippings and cracks on the corner probably from shipping.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
