The manuals are missing from the original packaging. Generic hardware will be required to install the mounting hardware. There are dirt/dust residue on the filter catchments and the accessory attachments, there are minor scratch marks on the extension pole from previous use. Recommended to be cleaned before use. Tested for power and suction. (Please see photos)
