**Tested for power, app connectivity, basic functions (discovery+clean, return home, self-emptying).** Item has a couple minor scratches in the docking area likely due to shipping, see photos. Although this item appears to be in new condition, we found that there is a cosmetic issue due to shipping/handling. This could be a (dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch, nick) Please refer to our photos for reference and our explanation above. Item's robot was unable to save a map during testing, likely due to the inconsistent nature of our warehouse wifi network but we are unable to confirm. This may affect the robot's ability to perform certain functions however cleaning, returning home, and self-emptying should be unaffected. *GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or nick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
